Central Employment Agency (North East) is seeking a highly motivated SaaS Sales Development Representative to join their New Business team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and qualifying leads to ensure a strong pipeline for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients to create targeted outreach campaigns
  • Develop and execute a strategy to engage with decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion
  • Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for follow-up
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve sales processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales or sales development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales tactics and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
