About the Role:



As a member of our team, you will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your role as a Care Support Worker at Social Care in Action will involve promoting independence and encouraging individuals to take part in daily routines. This may include assisting with personal care, household tasks, and participating in activities that promote social inclusion.

We strive to provide quality-driven care services, and our Extra Care Schemes support individuals to live in their own homes while maintaining their independence. Our team works closely with other agencies, including CQC, adult services, local GP practices, and the community, to ensure we provide the best possible support to our customers.

A key aspect of this role is providing personalized care and support tailored to each individual's unique needs. You will engage with customers, build relationships, and help them achieve their goals. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this position.
