We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Dynamics Specialist to join our team as a Vehicle Performance Engineer. The successful candidate will play a key role in the full-vehicle performance development of our cars, working closely with engineers across various departments.

The Role

This position reports to the Vehicle Performance Development Section Leader within Alpine F1 Vehicle Performance Group (VPG). As a Vehicle Dynamics Specialist, you will use advanced simulation tools to gain insights into the impact of different sub-systems on full-vehicle performance. You will conduct design of experiment studies to identify coupling across sub-system domains and main performance trade-offs.

Key responsibilities include developing best practices concerning model correlation to ensure alignment between our section toolset and suppliers, as well as actively contributing to the development of new software tools to enhance team capability.

To succeed in this position, you will be a proactive communicator, collaborating closely with engineers throughout the vehicle performance department and colleagues from other departments such as Simulation Development and Aero Performance.
