We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Kettering. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for gaining knowledge of our company's products, including those manufactured in-house. You will deal with sales enquiries from existing customers and new prospects by understanding their requirements, offering advice on appropriate solutions, and providing written quotations using our CRM system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gain knowledge of the company's products and services
  • Deal with sales enquiries and provide written quotations
  • Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities using the CRM system
  • Process sales orders and raise purchase orders
  • Assist the Systems team with preparing quotations
  • Log non-conformances and ensure good customer outcomes
  • Participate in internal meetings and liaise with relevant departments

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn about complex and technical products
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a CRM system
  • Good spreadsheet skills and an interest in IT products
