Join the Zizzi Team as an Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team at Zizzi. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Take charge of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role.
