About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the store franchisee and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to train and develop team members.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software.
