Join us as a Senior Contracts Specialist for our client, a prominent player in the fire protection sector. In this role, you will oversee contracts, manage projects, and collaborate with site teams to deliver high-quality results.

About the Role:
  • Estimate costs and develop project plans, working closely with site management teams
  • Coordinate the installation of passive fire protection systems and intumescent paint
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and site personnel to ensure effective communication and project progress monitoring
  • Produce key documentation, including RAMs and H&S records, ensuring compliance and efficient staff management

To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience in passive fire protection, intumescent paint, and SMSTS/CSCS certifications. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word, is crucial. A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK are necessary.
