We're seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team at The Highwayman. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy pub, welcoming and looking after customers, training and leading our bar/waiting team, and managing services and events.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize profitability and efficiency.
