We're seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team at The Highwayman. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy pub, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our bar and waiting team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Train and develop staff to ensure excellent service standards
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
