Learning Mentor Role

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Learning Support Team as a Learning Mentor. In this role, you will work closely with young people to develop their core skills, both practical and academic, and help them to explore new ideas and interests.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver group and one-to-one sessions to support young people in achieving their learning outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all young people have access to education and engagement.
- Assess and analyse individual young people's needs, setting targets and goals through negotiation and data collection.
- Support young people in overcoming social/emotional barriers to their learning.

Requirements:
- Evidence of education at a higher level (e.g. 'A' level, NVQ, BTec, Level 3).
- Experience of assessing and analysing individual young people's needs, setting targets and goals, and supporting their learning outcomes.
