We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at careers4a - Jobboard. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough client care and risk assessments with senior care staff to ensure high-quality services.
- Collaborate closely with the Registered Manager and Duty Manager to drive exceptional quality assurance, compliance, and training throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with CQC requirements and home care practices to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
- Mentor and train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Utilize strong office and IT skills to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Hold an enhanced DBS check and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
