AML Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Jobit. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our home care services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client care and risk assessments with senior care staff to ensure the highest level of care and safety.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Duty Manager to drive exceptional quality assurance, compliance, and training throughout the organisation.
- Stay up-to-date with CQC requirements and home care practices to ensure our services meet the latest standards.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Utilize strong office and IT skills to manage and analyze data, reports, and other compliance-related tasks.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS check and maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
