This role offers the chance to work closely with the Registered Manager and the Duty Manager to drive exceptional quality assurance, compliance, and training throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct client care and risk assessments with senior care staff.
- Collaborate on CQC compliance and contribute to inspections.
- Understand CQC requirements and home care practices.
- Mentor and train staff.
- Utilize strong office and IT skills.
- Hold an enhanced DBS check.
