Job Description

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a skilled Employment Benefits Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing the payroll from start to finish for up to 2,000 employees.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £37,000 per annum based on the location and industry standards. This includes opportunities for hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing time and attendance, answering payroll-related queries, and ensuring compliance with current pension regulations.

  • Key qualities and experience include:
  • Strong payroll experience in a similar role for 3+ years
  • Tax knowledge
  • Experience processing statutory payments - SSP, SMP, SPP, and SAP
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
