**Job Title:** Care Team Leader
Company Overview: At Care UK, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in leading and supervising your shift, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Leading and supervising your shift to ensure seamless care delivery
- Case managing residents and liaison with families and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication
- Administering and recording medication accurately and safely
- Carrying out risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take proactive measures
- Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting independence and dignity
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop services and improve resident outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable
- Good organisational and IT skills to manage paperwork and electronic records
- A good understanding of care planning processes to ensure person-centred care
- Experience in administering medication, with a focus on safety and accuracy
