Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Assistant Leader, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in their daily lives, including assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or a related field
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
