Care Team Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Lead to join our team at Core Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to young people in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with children and young people, preferably in a residential care environment. They will be responsible for leading a team of carers, implementing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits including a pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
