As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Management: Manage and maintain high-quality data within our in-house system.
  • Customer Service: Process customer returns and warranty activities efficiently and effectively.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports and maintaining records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

About the Role:

  • Administrative Experience: Strong background in administration, with excellent data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
