About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analysis Analyst to join our dynamic East of England Regional Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in transforming data into powerful insights that drive better decision-making and health outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality data analytics services with minimal supervision, using your in-depth knowledge of NHS data to develop innovative reports, presentations, and analytical products.
  • Support short to medium-term projects aligned with the NHS Long-Term Plan, ensuring that health and care systems have the intelligence they need to succeed.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure your insights are at the heart of decision-making across the region.
Requirements
  • Educated to Degree level in a relevant subject (such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Operational Research, or a related quantitative or analytical discipline) or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience in specialist area.
  • Able to mentor others in understanding of NHS datasets and data sources and in assessing quality and reliability.
  • Extensive knowledge of specialist areas acquired through education or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience.
