We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insight Analyst to join our team at Opus People Solutions. As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a work area and team of analysts to provide timely and accurate analysis, insight, reports, dashboards, scorecards, and benchmarking information.

You will be accountable for the delivery of key statutory and regulatory data returns, and will support and lead on projects as required to make sense of data, produce high-quality analysis, and quality assure others' work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee the extraction and combining of large operational datasets
  • Transform data to ensure it is maintained in an accessible format
  • Develop visualisations to enable analysis
  • Work closely with Education service leads to develop and implement a robust SEND performance management approach

You will have a proven technical knowledge and intellectual curiosity to explore complex datasets and demonstrate a solution-focused approach to problem-solving in real-time.

About the Role

This is a temporary position for 6 months, working hybrid with one day a week at Sunley House, Papworth, Cambridgeshire. You will be working with Cambridgeshire County Council to recruit for two Senior Insight Analysts who are experienced in working with Education data, specifically expertise in SEND services, and the Power BI reporting tool.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.
