Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analysis Analyst to join our East of England Regional Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in transforming data into powerful insights that drive better decision-making and health outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality data analytics services with minimal supervision, using your in-depth knowledge of NHS data to develop innovative reports, presentations, and analytical products.
  • Support short to medium-term projects aligned with the NHS Long-Term Plan, ensuring that health and care systems have the intelligence they need to succeed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in using SQL and technical skills in data management, business intelligence, and analytics.
  • Ability to mentor others in understanding NHS datasets and data sources and in assessing quality and reliability.
  • Strong desire to improve performance and make a difference by focusing on goals.
