Claims Manager - Property Binders

We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead our Property Binders Claims team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the claims portfolio, handling your own claims, and supporting the business in catastrophe claims management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive high performance within the team, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to excel in their roles.
  • Allocate work effectively, ensuring that all claims notifications are reviewed by suitably experienced and skilled Claims Adjusters.
  • Collaborate with the business to provide catastrophe ultimate figures and claims catastrophe plan compliance, as well as recommending best practices for catastrophe claims management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in claims management, with a strong understanding of catastrophe claims management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
