Regional Client Growth Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at ICIS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients and developing long-term relationships with them.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Developing and implementing strategies to capture high-value growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client business objectives.
- Maintaining accurate records of client engagement and communication on a CRM system.
Industry experience in the commodities market is preferred but not essential. Fluency in French is required. Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
