Job Description:
As a Technical Services Professional at AAP3, you will be responsible for providing end-user support to 2nd level, assisting users at the deskside and remotely. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in endpoint deployment and support, including ServiceNow, Windows, Intune, Mac (Jamf ideal), Azure & AD.

The role involves working as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working within ITIL environments is sought. Onsite work will be based in Newport, Wales, with potential travel to other sites in the EMEA region up to 1-2 days per month.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
