About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Sister, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Neonatal Nurses in providing comprehensive care to patients in our Level 3 NICU

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education and training programs for Neonatal Nurses
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
