About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Sister, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care to patients in our Level 3 Bliss accredited tertiary neonatal intensive care unit.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our patients.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
  • Contribute to the development of our team and the improvement of our services.

Person Specification

  • Current RN registration with NMC and relevant post-registration qualifications.
  • BSc Degree in a relevant field.
  • Post-reg qualifications for specialty area (QIS).
  • Leadership development programme.
  • Teaching qualification/experience and accredited NMC before mentorship course.
