We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Sister, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care to patients in our Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and guidelines to improve patient care
  • Contribute to the development of the neonatal team and the unit as a whole

Person Specification

  • Current RN registration with NMC
  • BSc Degree in relevant field
  • Post Reg. qualifications for specialty area (QIS)
  • Leadership development programme
  • Teaching qualification/experience and accredited NMC before mentorship course
