Commercial Success Leader

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead the commercial success of significant infrastructure projects in London/South.
This is an opportunity to drive commercial performance, collaborate with skilled professionals, and contribute to shaping the future of the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximise project revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
- Contract Expertise: Provide specialist advice on NEC contracts, lead negotiations, and oversee contract documentation.
- Project Oversight: Manage budgets, earned value reporting (EVR), and monthly project status reports (PSR/CVR).
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Guide teams to address commercial risks while identifying and leveraging opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering collaboration and promoting high standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Demonstrable success in a commercial management role within the construction or infrastructure sectors, either consultancy or main contractor environments.
- Contract Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly NEC PSC
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve project and business goals.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in change control, procurement strategies, and earned value management.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
