Forecasting and Inventory Management Expert

- Develop accurate demand forecasts by analysing customer data, market trends, and promotional plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory levels meet market demands whilst achieving production efficiency.
- Facilitate planning meetings with senior management, presenting key insights, and driving alignment between supply and demand.
- Manage and minimise slow-moving stock by working with the Sales team to create and implement plans to increase the rate of sale.
- Monitor and report on demand trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
- Implement process improvements to enhance forecasting, reporting, and inventory management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in demand planning, preferably within the wine, beverage, or FMCG sectors. They will possess advanced proficiency in Excel, coupled with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
