Complaints Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Complaints Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire complaints process from initial complaint to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate Stage 1 complaints related to repairs and maintenance issues within social housing properties.
  • Manage the complaints process from initial complaint to completion, ensuring all parties are updated throughout.
  • Coordinate the full investigation of all Stage 1 complaints, including liaising with contractors and in-house teams.
  • Produce written response letters and reports to complainants, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Develop and manage customer intelligence to inform service improvements and delivery of customer-focused services.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in social housing, with a focus on complaints management.
  • Proven track record of working within a complaints team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Housing Ombudsman Code, although this is not essential.
