We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Team Member to join our team at a luxury residential development in Croydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the front desk, meeting and greeting residents and visitors, and providing a high level of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth and efficient service to residents and visitors.
  • Meet and greet residents and visitors, and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Liaise with and supervise contractors undertaking works on-site.
  • Undertake building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
  • Assist residents with day-to-day queries.
  • Manage and distribute keys, post, and parcels.
  • Answer the telephone, log all messages, and deal with general enquiries.
  • Record any incidents that occur and respond to requests quickly and effectively.
  • Issue building fobs and parking permits.

Previous experience working in residential buildings is desirable.
