Internal Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximising profitable sales from inbound enquiries while developing and retaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales targets and increase business profit and revenue.
  • Handle all incoming enquiries and identify sales opportunities.
  • Quote and negotiate sales deals, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling products.
  • Follow up on all quotes and finalise deals.
  • Record all necessary data in CRM.

Requirements:

  • A salesperson with a target-driven attitude and experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation skills and active listening.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn, with efficiency in CRM and business intelligence sales tools.
  • Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment, with a problem-solving approach.

What We Offer:
