About the Role

Carrington West is assisting a local authority client in London with their search for Senior/Principal Town Planning Officers on an initial 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the planning applications team on a caseload of complex minor applications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective processing of planning applications.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of planning policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on planning matters to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of planning policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and attend office meetings and training sessions as required.
Compensation

Carrington West is willing to offer £43 per hour for this position.
