As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will provide care and support to people living in Heaton, promoting independence, and connecting them to their communities. You will need to have a can-do attitude, be patient, and communicate effectively.

Support Independence: Promote independence using enabling approaches.
Support Outcomes: Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
Connect to Communities: Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.
Personalised Care: Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
Communication: Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
As a Care Assistant, you will be provided with comprehensive induction training on Be Caring values, dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity, among other essential topics.
