Job Overview
The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) role at Bodycote is an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement and safe operation of equipment across multiple facilities. As a proactive and reactive maintenance engineer, you will implement TPM strategies to minimize incidents and breakdowns while enhancing asset reliability and plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support to maintenance engineering teams across European sites.
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies.
  • Manage small projects related to equipment improvements or installations.
  • Perform tasks to enhance asset reliability and overall plant efficiency.
  • Assist with contractor coordination for servicing plant, machinery, and services.

Salary Information
This position offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension matching, private medical insurance, life assurance, and employee assistance program.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • HND in electromechanical engineering or similar qualification.
  • Proven experience in mechanical breakdown repair of plant, machinery, and services.
  • Fluency in English; German or French is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MMS software.
