As a freelance interpreter, you will be working with a variety of clients, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, Probation, and other public and private organisations.
Key responsibilities will include interpreting in various settings, such as face-to-face, telephone, and video interpreting, as well as liaising between service users and service providers.
A strong understanding of the role of an interpreter, a high level of linguistic and cultural competence, and excellent communication skills are essential.
