**Alternative Provision SENCO Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced SENCO to join our Alternative Provision setting in Romford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students who require additional support due to their SEMH needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the SEND curriculum, working closely with the Head of Curriculum for SEND. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students with complex needs.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
  • Have experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Be able to develop and implement inclusive practices
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
