About the Night Chef de Partie Role
The Night Chef de Partie is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation during night shifts. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee and inspire a specific section of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, adhering to the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.
- Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory for their section, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are maintained in good working order.
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
