Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking experienced and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team in the Wilmslow area. As a Health Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and dignity are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
- A minimum of [X years] experience in a Health Carer or similar role.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
