Position Overview:We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Health Carers to join our team in the Wilmslow area.
The successful candidates will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and dignity are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring health conditions.
- Supporting clients with meal preparation and feeding.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all clients.
- A minimum of [X years] experience in a Health Carer or similar role.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
