We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Brookview Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and connection
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to supporting the needs of others.
