Job Title: Registered Nurse - Elderly Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at New Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Manage and allocate duties to the care team, ensuring a high standard of care delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants, promoting professional standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular quality audits of care plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet individual resident needs.
  • Build relationships with external professionals, such as GPs and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Valid PIN and experience in elderly care.
  • Knowledge of care of older people and ability to coach and supervise care staff.
  • Professional manner and appearance, with ability to coordinate and motivate a team.
  • Ability to prioritise and handle emergency situations effectively.
