We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team in a developing care provider. The ideal candidate will be passionate about dementia care and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN) with relevant qualifications
- Valid NMC pin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct nursing care and support to residents with dementia
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Monitoring and recording resident's progress and responding to their needs
- Assisting with the training and supervision of care staff
