Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Leader to join our team at Greene King pubs. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring a great experience for customers and teams.

About the Role

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for managing a team of restaurant staff and providing guidance on customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Manage a team of restaurant staff and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Work closely with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
