As a key member of the City Pub Group team, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to lead our pub in providing exceptional customer service.

We estimate that this role will be paid around £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our Assistant Managers also benefit from access to a company pension scheme, 50% discount on food and drink, and 28 days annual leave.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a proven track record of managing teams effectively. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality across all areas of the business.
