Deloitte LLP: ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations Management team, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and innovating ITOM solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect ITOM solutions using ServiceNow, focusing on Observability, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Technologies.
  • Craft guiding principles and standards for our organization, ensuring their implementation in real-time for our Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, leveraging your expertise to drive data-driven and machine learning capabilities.
  • Integrate leading-edge monitoring solutions into a common workflow engine using ServiceNow, automating remediation and self-healing techniques.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience designing and developing ITOM enterprise-grade solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data governance and automation, with a focus on complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with varied stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing designs and influencing at all levels.
  • Flexible work style, with a focus on business outcomes and managing ambiguity.
  • Thorough understanding of Event Management processes and best practices.
  • Ability to design solutions for increased visibility and reduced noise via effective correlation.
  • Prior experience recommending ITOM principles that integrate with ITSM and/or ITIL processes.
  • Prior experience in professional services environments or similar.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL, and/or Agile certification (preferred).
  • Experience providing delightful customer experiences, helping people understand and interpret data for world-class services.
