Revenue Controller

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Controller to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely billing and collection of revenue from clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, with experience in using Elite, 3E, Aderant, or similar PMS systems. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with partners and matter managers to review and discuss WIP and AR balances
- Drafting and engrossing invoices, ensuring compliance with firm policy and regulatory requirements
- Regularly reviewing WIP balances to ensure timely billing
- Reviewing aged A/R balances and preparing action plans for timely collection
- Assisting with collections of accounts receivable for designated partners
- Preparing monthly and quarterly cash collection and billing forecasts
- Supporting the firm's key client program by acting as a central point of contact for billing and collection matters
- Liaising with other EMEA office finance teams to support revenue and credit control across the region
