**Job Title:** Deputy Manager Childrens Home

**Salary:** Estimated £40,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.

**Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a residential childrens home. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service quality.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in a field such as social work, child care, or education.
  • Experience in managing teams and leading in a residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
