Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial engineering acumen in a precision sheet metal engineering context, including familiarity with quality procedures related to AS9100 or equivalent standards.
  • Experience in team leadership.
  • Ability to implement effective and visible performance metrics across all areas.
  • Financial literacy, including cost and margin calculations.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a positive outlook.
  • Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Office and CRM/MRP systems).
