Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance product quality.
  • Manage a large team across multiple locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high standards of quality and sustainability.
  • Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, quality control, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in senior production management roles, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.

Salary: A competitive salary range of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
